32nd Annual Area 60 Pre-Conference Assembly Weekend

The Pre-Conference Assembly Weekend (PCAW) is an Area-Wide event held immediately prior to the Pre-Conference Assembly. Its programs include presentations and discussions of the upcoming General Service Conference agenda items, as well as topics of interest to all AA members. The input of PCAW attendees helps assist the Area 60 Delegate in getting an “informed” Area 60 group conscience on issues facing AA as a whole. Informative workshops, service displays, sharing sessions, and roundtables are usually part of the agenda, as well as a guest speaker for the Saturday evening banquet.

While registration is FREE for PCAW 2024, we’d still like to know if you are coming… Please be sure to RSVP.

This will help the PCAW Committee in many ways, and you will get a spiffy printed name badge for the weekend if you register online!

We absolutely need to know what meals (listed below) you will be purchasing in order to give the hotel catering staff an accurate count. (Note that there are nearby food options to the hotel.)
